2014 NCAA Tournament: Harvard Outlook

Here is the outlook for Harvard University (a college that really doesn’t have much going for them…):

Who: Cincinnati

Tommy Amaker and his Harvard Crimson have a tough task ahead of them. The 10-seeded Ivy Leaguers faceoff against a tough Bearcat squad that has one of the best players in the country in Sean Kilpatrick. However, don’t underestimate Harvard in this matchup because they can score in bunches!

When: Thursday March 20th, 2:10 PM EST

Potential Third Round Matchup: Iowa St.

This would be a fantastic matchup for Harvard. Iowa St. doesn’t play much defense, and that would have the makings of a shootout.

Will they get to the Sweet 16?: No

The problem is Iowa St. can score better than most teams, well almost all teams. Sixth in the nation in scoring, and with so many talented, and possibly NBA-bound players, Harvard may be over-matched in this one.
