Have yourself a week, Daniel Nava.

The Red Sox right-fielder has batted for an astounding .500 average in the past seven days, collecting nine hits, five doubles, and four RBI in 18 at-bats.

In the two-game road trip series against the Cincinati Reds, Nava had three hits, one RBI, and 2 runs scored in the two victories.

In the series against Houston, Nava started three of the four games. In those games, he knocked six base hits and had three RBI in 11 at-bats.

This past week has seen Nava’s batting average go from .248 to .266, an impressive jump in a seven-day span at this point in the season.

In the rotating door that is the Red Sox outfield, Nava has proven to be a key cog for this season and beyond.
