Super Bowl Sunday is not just big for the players, Vegas and gambling institutions haul in some real cash around the game. So here you are New England Patriots fans (and those just watching for the commercials). These are some of the most fun prop bets for Super Bowl LI.
The New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons will clash in Super Bowl LI this Sunday. Many will be watching for specific things to happen, in order to win money on bets they’ve made. While the bets mostly focus on the over-under of the game, player statistics and who will score first, there will be a little fun had when it comes to the entertainment features.
As always, Vegas has come up with creative and fun prop bets for the big game. Here, we will break down some of the best, with odds included. From President Donald Trump and the National Anthem, to Lady GaGa and Luke Bryan, Super Bowl LI will have a little something for everyone.

The Star Spangled Banner
The main bet surrounding the National Anthem is the length. The over/under for country star Luke Bryan is set at 2:09. Bryan has performed the National Anthem in the past, and is usually under that time length but there will be a jet flyover for the Super Bowl. Traditionally, singers slow down their singing for the Super Bowl anthem, take the over.

Another bet is what Luke Bryan will be wearing, jeans (1:2) or any other type of pants or shorts. It’s safe to assume the country star will be rockin’ some jeans on Super Bowl Sunday. He sure sound excited about the opportunity.
"“It’ll certainly be a highlight of my career and my entertainment life, to be able to walk out there and hopefully perform the anthem in the way I’ve always dreamed I would do it, and to know there are 100-plus million people around the world watching that happen,” Bryan said in an interview with ET. “I think it’s more important for me to focus on being in the stadium and feeding off the energy of that, and not think about cameras in my face, cameras recording me and it going out all over the globe, and just trying to get wrapped up in the moment there. If I do that, I think it’ll translate on camera, and people will hopefully enjoy my rendition of it.”"
President Trump
President Trump is a part of almost every conversation so far in 2017. You can place a bet on who Trump will pick to win the game (probably New England (11:10)). You can also wager on the number of times he tweets on Super Bowl Sunday, if he mentions Tom Brady or Bill Belichick by name on twitter, or if he will be present at the game. Additionally, you can bet on the number of times Trump will be mentioned during the live broadcast. The over/under is set at 1 1/2 times.

America Goes GaGa
The halftime show always provides bettors with a chance to win big. Lady GaGa is expected to be blond (1:4), but no one knows what song she will sing first. “Born this Way“ (9:4), “Bad Romance” (5:2), “Edge of Glory” (6:1), “Poker Face” (10:1), and “Just Dance” (10:1) all have a shot. There can also be bets placed on GaGa’s wardrobe. Your choices include pants/shorts, dress/skirt or no clothing. She played it conservative for the anthem last year, but in past performances Lady GaGa has been known to don non-traditional clothing items.
The Grammy Award-winning singer may also make a political statement. Speaking of President Trump, Gaga might just have something up her sleeve when it comes to the message of equality.
"“I would be shocked but not surprised if she just stopped a song and went on an anti-Trump rant, but I don’t think it’s going to happen, because that’s very much a bridge-burning move,” said Jem Aswad, senior editor at Billboard. “But at least as many people, if not more, would support a move like that than be angry with her for it.”"
“Houston We Have A Problem”
If the iconic phrase is said on the live broadcast, you win. Simple as that. I’d say it’s a near certainty that this one slips out.
The Butler Did It
Will New England Patriots cornerback Malcolm Butler record an interception? The Super Bowl 49 hero is the subject of the bet, and can you really bet against him? I expect Butler to actually lineup on Atlanta’s number two receiver, Mohamed Sanu, so I think he’s got a shot at it.

Score!
Who will score the first touchdown in the game? The obvious choices for the New England Patriots are Julian Edelman and LeGarrette Blount. Julio Jones or Devonta Freeman are the obvious choices for the Atlanta Falcons. To win this one big though, you’ll have to take a chance. I did to years ago, and won big when Brandon LaFell hauled in the first score. Taylor Gabriel 16:1, Malcolm Mitchell 20:1, James White 20:1, Danny Amendola 22:1, Austin Hooper 22:1, Matt Ryan 28:1, and Justin Hardy 33:1 may be worth the risk.
Super Bowl MVP
Brady and Ryan are runaway favorites for the game MVP. It’s possible though for a dark horse (we’re looking at you Malcolm Smith) to steal it away. Julio Jones or LeGarrette Blount could take it. If you see a defender making a huge impact, take that risk. Logan Ryan, Malcolm Butler, Devin McCourty, or Don’t’a Hightower could change the game like Smith did 3 years ago.
