The tension surrounding the New England Patriots right now is palpable. It's been revealed Bill Belichick could be coaching for his job in Week 10, with a loss possibly causing Robert Kraft to move on from the six-time Super Bowl winner.
Ahead of the trip overseas, however, the Patriots have already announced some big coaching news.
Bill Belichick says of Adrian Klemm "he's going to be out for a little while... I'm not going to comment on someone's personal medical status." Does confirm it's health related.

Offensive line coach Adrian Klemm is set to miss "a little while" while tending to a personal medical issue. Klemm wasn't present for Tuesday's normal media session with assistant coaches, which prompted speculation surrounding his status.
New England's poor O-line play is what made fans wonder if Klemm had potentially been canned before news of his medical absence was revealed. The 33rd Team ranked this unit as the fifth-worst in the league in their midseason rankings, noting how bad they've been at creating openings in the run game and their struggles at times in pass protection.
That being said, losing this group's leading coach won't make things any easier for Belichick in Week 10. It'll only put more on the plate of this staff to make up for Klemm's absence, which could have disastrous consequences if the offensive line is even more lost in Germany.
If Belichick is bothered by the thought of possibly losing his job, he should do everything in his power to properly prepare his team to face the Indianapolis Colts. Otherwise, he might not be on the Patriots' return flight back home.
