5. Isaiah Austin, Baylor (F/C)
He hasn’t played his way into a late first-round pick but Austin has a lot of potential and may land in the top 30 of draft prospects by the time the draft comes around. His game is similar to that of Kelly Olynyk, which may be reason enough for the C’s to pass on him, but he brings something that Olynyk lacks, legitimate rim protection. Austin bring a more diverse offensive arsenal to the court to go along with his shot-blocking potential. However, Austin tends to disappear in games for Baylor and still needs to add weight/muscle to his frame to give GMs faith that he can bang down low. He would be a great rotational big for the Celts, perhaps pairing with Jared Sullinger with Olynyk coming off the bench.
