Jeff Green is an enigma. We don’t know what we are going to get from him on a nightly basis, and so far it seems that coach Stevens likes to know what he’s going to get from his players on a nightly basis in terms of roles, aggression etc. What the organization decides to do with Green will depend on his chemistry with Rajon Rondo for the rest of the season, but either way, there is a lack of depth at the Three position on the roster. Fair is a natural scorer. He doesn’t have great range, but knows the lost art of the mid-range game and is a strong finisher near the hoop. Most importantly is his aggressiveness. Fair plays with a motor every night and is the type of player that could thrive with Stevens. His ceiling as a player may be limited but he could blossom into a top tier sixth man in the NBA with his diverse scoring abilities.
