4. Gerald Green – 2005, Round 1, Pick 18
If this was a list of just my favorite players drafted, he would be number one. Green was compared to Tracy McGrady coming out of the draft and he slipped all the way down to the Celtics at 18. It was obvious to see why that happened as he had a basketball IQ of maybe 2, but did flash his great athleticism on the court when he got the chance. He has learned how to fit into an NBA offense and has also worked hard on his outside shooting and his defense. It took some time but Green is now a perennial Sixth-Man of the Year candidate and I miss him every day.
