5. Fab Melo – 2012, 1st Round, 22nd Pick

The first-round pick out of Syracuse didn’t have the highest of hopes coming right out of the draft, but he wasn’t expected to be off of the team within a year or so of being selected. Melo was expected to fill a role coming off the bench as a rim-protector, but he never really was even to get out of his folding chair. There is still a lot of basketball left for the big man, but it will most likely never be in Boston.
