Five Patriots players worth keeping tabs on in camp

The New England Patriots will kick-off their 2014 summer training camp on July 24 at Gillette Stadium. Practice sessions will be open to the public and free of charge.

Cracking Bill Belichick’s final roster will be a difficult task this year. New England boasts improved talent over years past. Many positional battles will be highly competitive on both sides of the football.

Among the 90 players set to hit the practice field, there is in my opinion, a handful of guys who could carve out important roles on the club with a strong camp. The majority being rookies believe it or not.
