NFL Week 6 picks are here and the slate of games for this Sunday/Monday should provide ample entertainment and gambling opportunities.

This one if already off to a good start as the Colts defeated the Texans on Thursday night in one of the more anti-climactic endings of the 2014 season (thank you Ryan Fitzpatrick). This puts the season tally at 35-36-4 with the hopes of pushing well past the .500 mark.

Here are my picks for NFL Week 6:

Denver Broncos (-9.5) at New York Jets (+9.5)

Pittsburgh Steelers (+1) at Cleveland Browns (-1)

Jacksonville Jaguars (+3.5) at Tennessee Titans (-3.5)

Chicago Bears (+3) at Atlanta Falcons (-3)

Green Bay Packers (-3) at Miami Dolphins (+3)

Detroit Lions (+1.5) at Minnesota Vikings (-1.5)

Carolina Panthers (-7) at Cincinnati Bengals (-7)

New England Patriots (-2) at Buffalo Bills (+2)

Baltimore Ravens (-3.5) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+3.5)

San Diego Chargers (-7) at Oakland Raiders (+7)

Dallas Cowboys (+8) at Seattle Seahawks (-8)

Washington (+3.5) at Arizona Cardinals (-3.5)

Denver should finish the game with let’s say 38 points. Really think Geno Smith puts up nearly a 30-spot with that offense…LeBron James is single-handedly changiing the karma for the city of Cleveland. Look for another big game from Brian Hoyer against a porous Steelers defense…This week I think the Jaguars get their first win of the year against a Titans club that may struggle to move the football, though I do like Bishop Sankey for a touchdown in fantasy this year…Matt Ryan and that excuse for an offensive line have spurned me two weeks in a row, so give me the Jay CutlerMatt Forte connection for not just the cover, but the win…Joe Philbin is a former Packers coach, which makes me think that rather than him having Green Bay’s number that they will have his…Detroit will be with a limited Reggie Bush and probably no Calvin Johnson, so give me Teddy Bridgewater after a week’s worth of rest…Cam Newton needs more help and if he can’t hit Kelvin Benjamin like he couldn’t last week, then give the Bengals an easy 10-point win at home…It would be fun to see another week of Tom Brady bashing, but New England should come away with a victory over the Bills. They just match up too well all over the field and if they can protect Brady, it could be a long day for Buffalo’s secondary…All hail Mike Glennon! Vincent Jackson has found new life and so has the Bucs offense. Not quite sure he wasn’t starting from day one…Oakland is worse than Jacksonville, so there’s little-to-no reason that San Diego won’t win by two touchdowns…Eight points is a lot to give any team, especially a 4-1 club, but this spread is warranted. I have faith that Dallas runs the ball well compared with other teams who enter Seattle, but they may have trouble on the other side of the ball against Marshawn Lynch…Give me anyone against Washington so far this season. It doesn’t really matter who plays quarterback for Arizona, but it at least appears that Drew Stanton may start if Carson Palmer sits again.
