2014 Year in Review: October Edition

With 2014 winding down and 2015 on the horizon we are going to take a look back at the biggest headlines that happened not only in Boston sports, but nation wide. For the each of the next 12 days (sans Christmas) we will take a look at each month and review some of the stories from that month so we can reflect as we get ready for the new year.

October is the time where legends are born and this October we saw one of the best pitching performances by a young lefty that goes by the nickname “Mad Bum”. Along with his performance, we saw the return of Patriots dominance as Tom Brady regained the trust of New England, and Marcus Mariota put up performances that would stun the entire nation. With all that being said lets not waste another minute as we take a look back at the month that was October 2014.
