DeVante Parker. 12. player. 53. <p>The Browns are in dire need of an upgrade at the wide receiver position. They have already lost their top target in Josh Gordon, who was suspended for the 2015 season after failing another drug test. That leaves Cleveland without a playmaker at the position and without anyone to help the quarterback for the Browns, whoever that may be in 2015. Parker is a big target at six-foot-three and has big play ability. He only appeared in seven games this season after suffering a broken foot in August. Parker may be too good to pass up at this pick and that makes the choice simple for the Browns.</p>. WR. Lousiville
