Kansas City Chiefs at Cincinnati Bengals

One of the more interesting games of the afternoon between two extremely talented teams. The Bengals are rolling to a 3-0 start, while the Chiefs are stumbling at 1-2. However, they were completely competitive in all of their games against elite-level competition. The Chiefs are better than their 1-2 record indicates, while the Bengals probably aren’t 3-0 good.

I could see this going either way, but I am going to predict we see bad Andy Dalton in this one against the Chiefs’ incredible pass rush, and Alex Smith does just enough.

Prediction: Chiefs 24, Bengals 17

Cleveland Browns at San Diego Chargers

Here are two teams who have not impressed early in the 2015 season. Phillip Rivers has struggled to get the Chargers’ offense going, while the Browns have been incredibly inconsistent. They made some moves to improve their run defense over the off season, but the Browns still cannot stop anyone on the ground. I think Melvin Gordon and Danny Woodhead both have nice games, as San Diego rolls.

Prediction: Chargers 28, Browns 13

Green Bay Packers at San Francisco 49ers

Two teams who are in completely different places than they were in their recent playoff battles. The Packers are the Patriots lone true competition as the current best team in the NFL, while the 49ers are a complete mess. I could see the 49ers’ offense doing some damage in this one, but Aaron Rodgers and company are going to be far too much for them to handle.

Prediction: Packers 34, 49ers 27
