In Boston’s ugly loss to the Pacers there were only a few bright spots, specifically Evan Turner, Jared Sullinger, and David Lee.
In his first start of the season, Turner led the Celtics in scoring with 20 points on 9 of 13 shooting. Once again, his mid-range shooting was unbelievable, while most of the offense ran through him. Turner made six contested shots (according to NBA.com), which was highest in the game.
Sullinger collected his second straight double-double, scoring 11 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. He continues to be one of the team’s most dependable rebounders.

Lee had another impressive game off the bench. He scored 13 points and grabbed six rebounds in just under 16 minutes. Lee was a workhorse on the boards, cleaning up plays and getting fouled in the process. He made seven trips to the line and made five free throws.
Here is one of the highlights of the night: a David Lee put back dunk.
