5. Markieff Morris

The half of the Morris twins that’s been left in Phoenix, Markieff has had a tumultuous year with the Suns on the court and off of it.  After his brother was traded to the Detroit Pistons, Markieff protested at the break up and voiced his displeasure with the Suns organization.  Morris has been averaging 11.6 ppg and 5.2 rebounds per contest.  Over the last ten games he’s bumped his scoring average up to 16 per game.  Standing at 6’10 and 245 pounds, Markieff Morris would provide another scoring option for the Celtics that would surely help out Isaiah Thomas and company. Drafted #13 overall by Phoenix in the 2011 NBA draft, the Morris twins both came out of Kansas expected to do well in the NBA.  If the deal is right, Danny can bring in a guy who probably feels like he still has a lot to prove.
