2. Harrison Barnes

Oh yes, Barnes is most definitely on the radar of NBA teams.  He’s a restricted free-agent this summer, and it’s hard to imagine that Golden State will match offers that come his way if they don’t want to overpay him.  Barnes would be perfect for Boston; they’d get that wing scorer that has eluded them since Paul Pierce was traded to Brooklyn.  Granted, Jae Crowder has most definitely emerged for this Boston team, but adding Barnes would only bolster this team and finally give the Celtics depth at wing.  He’s 6 ft. 8 and 220 pounds, great height for a wing player and with 12 points per game in the Warriors system, there’s no telling how much better he could be in Brad Stevens system when he’s allowed to score at will much like Isaiah Thomas is able to.  After being overshadowed by Curry and Thompson in Golden State, Barnes might finally be able to break out and really develop his game in a place where he’d be given more of an opportunity to shine.  The only question would be whether Boston would give him a max deal after this season, but it would most definitely depend on his performance the reset of the season.
