America Goes GaGa

The halftime show always provides bettors with a chance to win big. Lady GaGa is expected to be blond (1:4), but no one knows what song she will sing first. “Born this Way (9:4), “Bad Romance” (5:2), “Edge of Glory” (6:1), “Poker Face” (10:1), and “Just Dance” (10:1) all have a shot. There can also be bets placed on GaGa’s wardrobe. Your choices include pants/shorts, dress/skirt or no clothing. She played it conservative for the anthem last year, but in past performances Lady GaGa has been known to don non-traditional clothing items.

The Grammy Award-winning singer may also make a political statement.  Speaking of President Trump, Gaga might just have something up her sleeve when it comes to the message of equality.

"“I would be shocked but not surprised if she just stopped a song and went on an anti-Trump rant, but I don’t think it’s going to happen, because that’s very much a bridge-burning move,” said Jem Aswad, senior editor at Billboard. “But at least as many people, if not more, would support a move like that than be angry with her for it.”"

“Houston We Have A Problem”

If the iconic phrase is said on the live broadcast, you win. Simple as that. I’d say it’s a near certainty that this one slips out.

The Butler Did It

Will New England Patriots cornerback Malcolm Butler record an interception? The Super Bowl 49 hero is the subject of the bet, and can you really bet against him? I expect Butler to actually lineup on Atlanta’s number two receiver, Mohamed Sanu, so I think he’s got a shot at it.
