Boston Red Sox DH Hanley Ramirez has found his swing recently, as he’s launched four Green Monster home runs in four games at Fenway Park.

Over the last four games at Fenway Park, Hanley Ramirez has hit four home runs for the Boston Red Sox. Each one has been a no-doubter.

The fun for HanRam actually began before the home runs came. He now has an eight-game hitting streak and is batting .407 over that span.

It usually takes Hanley about 100 at-bats early in the season before he gets things going. Well, it seems like he has lit the fire now. Ramirez now sits with five long balls on the season, of course four have come in just this short span. All three have gone over the famed Green Monster and have been absolute bombs. Two came tonight.

The first came on Saturday against the Chicago Cubs and John Lackey, though Boston ultimately lost the game.

The next day, Hanley Ramirez hit another lighttower-power home run, and the Red Sox made it count as they earned the win.

Ramirez’s show of power continued tonight as he hit a 439′ homer with an exit velocity of 108 MPH.

As I was writing this article, Ramirez came up to bat and crushed another ball that snuck over the Green Monster once again just inside the foul pole.

The Boston Red Sox offense has been struggling early in 2017, so to see Hanley get things going is a great sign. Boston is still looking to replace the power and lineup presence of David Ortiz, and they’re hoping HanRam can be that man. The Red Sox would love to get the 25 home runs that he’s now on pace for this season, but it’s the presence that they need most.

There are plenty of hitters in Boston’s lineup who will eventually figure things out, but Ramirez is the first. Who knows, he may even hit another long ball before tonight is over.
