Getting in the Halloween spirit

The Patriots truly embraced Halloween this year. They scared us all by letting the Chargers stay close all game. They also scared us with Chris Hogan’s injury.

Halloween, however, is about fun. The New England Patriots understand this, so they didn’t want to go too far with their frightening antics. In order to take the edge off, they utilized the one weapon that could distract the majority of their audience from a mediocre football performance…

That’s right folks! Cheerleaders in costumes! What better way to entertain the good people of Gillette on Halloweekend than beautiful women dressed as TV show characters? Other than Color Rush uniforms, I can’t think of anything.

In all honestly, I found this hilarious. NFL RedZone stopped for a full minute to watch the New England Patriots cheerleaders perform a dance routine in their costumes. Might I remind you that this was a 1 o’clock game, so there were about 6 other games to switch to during the dance. But who am I to complain, they did a fantastic job.

Talk about knowing your audience demographics.
