Moving Forward

So there you have it. Once again, I apologize for less in-depth observations than in weeks previous. If CBS came with a cable package like a normal channel, I’d have watched every second of the game.

Next week, as I spoke about, the Patriots have their coveted bye week. They’ll use the week off for physical recovery and mental strengthening. I firmly believe that any problem the Patriots have will be dealt with by next week’s end.

Following the bye, the New England Patriots pack their bags and travel to where the air is thin and Stephen Gostkowski can hit 70+ yard field goals. Denver. Without Peyton Manning, this matchup holds little to no significance other than another chance for the Patriots to assert their dominance.

The Broncos have one of the best defenses in the league, so it will be a true test of their adaptation and preparation skills. If there’s a week to bet on the Patriots against an elite defense, it’s the one following a bye.

Enjoy your week off everyone, I’ll speak to you all in two weeks.
