Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
Tom Brady is dominating at the tender age of 40. His muscles are pliable. Tom Brady drinks a ton of electrolyte water every single day. Tom Brady is hydrated.
Stephon Gilmore is a talented cornerback. He doesn’t drink enough water. Stephon Gilmore had to leave the game due to dehydration. See the difference?
You’d think that being on a team with a man who prides himself on sustained peak performance due to hydration (among other things) would lead one to be hydrated, no? I guess not.
injury update: Stephon Gilmore is questionable to return with dehydration. I believe this is the 2nd time this season that Gilmore has battled dehydration #patriots

This is the second time this season that Stephon Gilmore has left a game due to being dehydrated.
Of course, the altitude came into play and messed with everyone’s systems. Dehydration, however, is something that can be easily avoided.
Get that man a TB12 Method book and some electrolyte tablets STAT.
Let’s hope this was Gilmore’s final battle with dehydration. Usually you encourage someone to drink less, but in this case Gilmore needs to drink more.
