Boston Celtics: 3 ways team can defeat Philadelphia 76ers
By Ryan Feyre
Terry Rozier becomes the go-to scorer the Celtics need
Rozier had a solid series against the Bucks, averaging 17.6 ppg on 46 percent shooting. That was up from his season average of 11 ppg on 41 percent shooting. Granted, he’s been doing this without Kyrie Irving.
Nonetheless, “Scary Terry” showed signs of clutch-ness, specifically in Game One, when he hit the go-ahead shot in regulation. As mentioned above, in Game Seven, Rozier finished with 26, and even used a few of Kyrie’s tricks to escape traffic to the rim.
The Louisville alum will need to figure out ways he can get past Simmons, who’s a much bigger force to deal with than Eric Bledsoe was. Regardless, this is an integral part of his career, and it will be interesting to see how he handles it.
