SG Donte Divincezo- Villanova

Donte Divincezo is a perfect fit for the Boston Celtics.

The sophomore guard struggled early in his career but had fantastic development this past season. Although he’s only 6″4, he plays like a small forward.

His athleticism is off the charts, and that helps him a lot on the defensive end. Although he came off the bench, he was still Villanova’s most prolific scorer.

Although not a lockdown defender, Divincezo is a prolific scorer. With a great three-point shot and good finishing ability, Divincezo’s offense should translate easily to the next level.

The former Wildcat showed his ability most in the NCAA tournament. In Villanova’s title game, Divincezo went off for 31 points which lead him to be named the Most  Outstanding Player.

Although a bit undersized, he can still be able to defend at the next level. A very unselfish player, Donte Divincezo can contribute off the bench right away. Divincezo is a late round steal in the making.
