Rob Gronkowski

Rob Gronkowski redefined the tight end position. The game will not be the same once Gronkowski retires. He should also be a first ballot hall of famer.

Gronkowski is entering his 9th season, but should already have a spot reserved in Canton. He added a physicality and skill to the tight end position that was never seen before.

Gronk has 474 catches for 7,179 yards and 76 touchdowns. Gronkowski has become Tom Brady’s favorite weapon. Wheather it is in the red zone or in the open field Gronkowski is dangerous. He can run over a player or make a sick one-handed catch. Gronk is a jack of all trades.

In his 9 seasons, Gronkowski has been injured a lot. Even if his career ends this season he should be a hall of famer. Gronkowski is 31st in career touchdowns and is chasing Antonio Gates who has 114 TDs.

I think Gronkowski will play for a few more seasons and I think that Gronk will top Gates. Gronkowski’s impact on the tight end position should land him in the hall of fame on Gronk’s first try.
