2. The Patriots will score at least 40 points.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have a great defense. They aren’t called Sacksonville for no reason. The Jaguars have a great pass rush and one of the top secondary’s in the league, but all that doesn’t matter when you are facing off against Tom Brady.

Since the Patriots eased up in the 2nd half I expect them to ensure that they demoralize the Jaguars. Look for the Patriots to get the run game involved as well.

Rex Burkhead had 18 carries for 64 yards in Week 1. With Jeremy Hill out for the season, I expect him to be the primary back until Sony Michel is healthy.

Also I think that the Patriots receivers will be looking to send a message. They want to let the league no that even without Julian Edelman they are one of the best groups in the league.

Phillip Dorsett had a great Week 1, but I’m expecting to see Chris Hogan have a much better effort and hopefully score his first touchdown of the season and get some more targets.

Also it will be the debut of free agent signing Corey Coleman. Could he possibly break the curse of wide receivers performing poorly after joining the team in the regular season?

No matter who is the star I expect the Patriots offense to dominate in Jacksonville.
