Boston sports rankings: Who will win a championship next?

4. Boston Red Sox

This isn’t a shot at the Boston Red Sox. I bet they will make it back to the playoffs this season, but repeating in the MLB is so hard.

The only benefit for the Sox is that they have most of their guys returning to the roster. That makes it almost certain that they return to the postseason.

The issue is that the MLB season is so long and injuries can take over a team but don’t be surprised if the Red Sox end up in the world series once again. They showed how they can dominate team’s last season.

Being a Boston sports fan is the best feeling in the world because you know a championship isn’t too far away. For all we know we could have another parade in the spring for the Celtics or the Bruins.
