Boston Bruins: 3 keys to Game 7 victory and Stanley Cup glory
By Justin Keene
3. Veteran presence is key
In a Game 7, a team’s will is a major factor on if they win or not. With the game in Boston, you can expect the Bruins to leave it all out on the ice. This is the last game of the NHL season and someone is going to win the Cup.
The Boston Bruins have the veteran presence to help guide them in the right direction. With players like Patrice Bergeron, Zdeno Chara, Tuukka Rask, David Krejci and Brad Marchand all having been together for the previous two cup runs; the Bruins are in good hands in the leadership department.
These players know how tough it is to win one Stanley Cup, let alone get 2 more cracks at it. After losing to the Blackhawks on home ice in 2013, you can expect the Bruins’ veterans relish the moment and do whatever they can to bring the Cup back to Boston.
Whatever happens Wednesday night, we are sure in store for a crazy, edge of your seat type hockey game. There is nothing more exciting than a Game 7 in the Stanley Cup Final.
Start singing the Blues St. Louis.
