If the New England Patriots front seven succeed at limiting the Baltimore Ravens running game, Stephon Gilmore will be key in locking down talented wide receiver Marquise Brown.

The cousin of former Patriots wide receiver Antonio Brown, the Ravens wide receiver has similar big play ability, especially if there is any breakdown in a play.  Belichick could go with Jonathan Jones with safety help against “Hollywood” Brown similar to how they defended Tyreek Hill in the Kansas City Chiefs offense.

That will leave Gilmore on wide receiver Willie Snead, which will allow him to take away one half of the field while the rest of the secondary focuses on Marquise Brown and tight end Mark Andrews.

Whether he ends up on Brown or Snead, the play of Stephon Gilmore will be huge in what Bill Belichick hopes to do against the running ability and arm of Lamar Jackson.

In other words, Expect Gilmore to show why he is the best cornerback in the league in the prime-time lights.
