Tom Brady, QB

The Baltimore Ravens have some hungry players in the secondary by the name of Earl Thomas III and Marcus Peters.  Both players could tempt Tom Brady into some mistakes if he is rushed or feels any consistent pressure from the Ravens front seven.

It does sound odd to think any players could force Brady into mistakes but forcing the ball into tight spots is something the veteran quarterback will do if nothing is going right in the game.

That’s why Tom Brady has to have his best game of the season in this one and he should.

He could have another offensive option on the field with N’Keal Harry possibly making his debut, but having James White, Julian Edelman, Mohamed Sanu and Ben Watson all out there on the field should give Brady some quick, reliable options to get the ball to.

If the New England Patriots get anything out of Sony Michel and the running game, Tom Brady will hit the Ravens deep a couple of times by getting the ball to Phillip Dorsett or perhaps Harry.  Don’t be surprised if Edelman gets free behind the Ravens’ secondary.

In all, with all the focus on Lamar Jackson, the 42-year-old quarterback will show why he still deserves attention as still one of the best quarterbacks in the game.  Age will only be a number in this one.
