Julian Edelman

Julian Edelman has never received a Pro Bowl invitation in his 10 seasons. This season should have definitely been the year.

There have been some things such as drops that have held him back some. He leads the league with 8 dropped passes, which is very uncharacteristic of him and maybe a big reason why he didn’t make the cut. However, his numbers have still been outstanding.

In 14 games, he has 92 catches, 1019 yards (11.1 yards per catch), and 6 touchdowns. He’s even thrown a touchdown pass. Edelman’s numbers have been better than, or at least on par with:

Jarvis Landry: 74 catches, 1018 yards (13.8 yards per catch), and 5 touchdowns.

Tyreek Hill: 46 catches, 727 yards (14.8 yards per catch), and 7 touchdowns.

Both of which made the AFC Pro Bowl roster.

Despite playing with multiple injuries and the offense struggling as it has been, Julian Edelman has been the best thing going for the New England Patriots on that side of the ball.
