The New England Patriots experience in the postseason will help the team out a lot on Saturday night.

This is unfamiliar territory for the New England Patriots. They aren’t used to playing in the Wildcard round.

But New England is used to playing in the playoffs. Something that their opponents, the Tennessee Titans are not.

As we all know the last 20 years have been owned by the New England Patriots. They have won 6 Super Bowl’s and haven’t missed the playoffs since 2008.

The Titans haven’t been so lucky. Prior to their last appearance in 2017, the team hadn’t made the playoffs since 2008. As a Patriots fan I can’t even imagine being out of the playoffs for that long.

Tennessee is probably happy that the 2010s are over. Maybe the ’20s will get off to a better start (you can’t get much better than beating the Patriots).

Now we all know how much experience New England Has in the playoffs, but to see it written out is another thing. The Patriots know everything about the road to the Super Bowl.

The 79 is also a gift because the Titans have former Patriots on the roster. Logan Ryan, Malcolm Butler, and Dion Lewis account for more than 25 percent of those games.

Even though the New England Patriots haven’t been playing good football as of late I am confident that they will pull out the win. It also helps that Ryan Tannehill hasn’t won a game at Gillette Stadium in his career.

But I don’t expect the Titans to be able to handle the pressure. It might not be a blowout but I believe New England will have control of the entire game.

Next. A ‘focused’ Tom Brady locking out the noise. dark

So Saturday’s game will be interesting for a multitude of reasons, but there is no need to worry. With experience on New England’s side they should live to fight another day.
