Enes Kanter

When it comes to scoring and rebounding, Enes Kanter has been a solid addition for the Boston Celtics.

The only problem with Kanter is that he lacks on the defensive end despite the rebounding, therefore his minutes game-to-game tends to vary.

When he does get the minutes, Enes Kanter is a double-double machine who is a big compliment to the wing play on the offensive end.  Come playoff time -if the season continues – Kanter could be a factor off the bench in his ability to add some scoring.

As he proved while a member of the Portland Trail Blazers, he is capable of being okay defensively, especially if the team just needs a bigger presence to bang the boards.

With Daniel Theis having a solid 2019-20 season and the return of a health Robert Williams, Enes Kanter won’t have too much pressure on him during a Boston Celtics playoff run, which will make him more effective as a big body Brad Stevens can turn to to bang the boards and provide some points inside as well.

In summary, it is his rebounding and interior scoring that makes him an X-factor coming off the bench.

If he can become more of a consistent double-double threat, this Boston Celtics squad would be that much more dangerous, especially with a core of healthy players in Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, Kemba Walker, Gordon Hayward and Marcus Smart.
