Boston Celtics: 5 takeaways from disappointing defeat to Bucks
By Sam Minton
Jaylen Brown still in form
Unlike Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown kept up his good play in the Celtics first game back. He showed his dominance at times and also showed his leadership.
Brown really sparked after not getting selected for the All-Star game. He used that motivation and put up some great numbers. Unlike Tatum he kept that momentum going in the bubble. On Friday night he scored 22 points.
Especially if Tatum can’t figure things out, the Celtics will need Brown to continue to put up quality numbers.

There is definitely an argument for Brown being the most improved player on the Celtics roster. Tatum has taken great strides but Brown has really stepped up. He is averaging more than 20 points a game while also grabbing more than six rebounds.
So Celtics fans got to see some good things from Brown and it looks like he could have a great end of the season down in Orlando.
