Trade for Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver DJ Chark

Another young wide receiver who has struggled this season after a breakout campaign in 2019, DJ Chark is a very unique player.

Chark is 6’4″ with 4.3 speed and has proven to be a dynamic weapon. In 2019, Chark recorded 73 receptions for 1,008 yards and eight touchdowns.

The combination of size and speed that Chark brings to the table doesn’t just grow on trees. He is a true deep threat, but also has the skills to be a reliable option on short and intermediate plays as well.

Unfortunately, DJ Chark has suffered from poor quarterback play in Jacksonville this season which has lead to some regression statistically. With the Jaguars sitting on a 1-6 record, it would make sense for them to at least see what they can get for him.

Like Michael Gallup, DJ Chark is on his rookie deal and is signed through the 2021 season. He could be a key building block for the New England Patriots if they choose to make an effort to trade for him.
