Josh Uche

One of the only draft picks from 2020 who seems to have any potential is Josh Uche. We finally got to see what he is capable of in Week 8 and it was quite promising for Patriots fans.

Uche looked like he has the potential to be a great pass rusher. He nearly got his first sack in his debut game against the Bills. He was one of the better players on defense.

The Patriots will need some quality edge rushers if they want to start building one of the best defenses in the NFL they can not simply rely on their secondary. They need to stop running backs in the backfield and force quarterbacks to work under pressure.

It will be interesting to see how Uche performs and just how much he is used for the rest of the season. The smart thing for Belichick to do would be playing Uche as much as possible. He needs to get as much experience as possible.

Next. Fans shouldn’t be angry with Bill Belichick. dark

So these players will keep the rest of 2020 interesting for Patriots fans. At least if these players are able to improve and develop, all the struggles of this season will have been worth it.
