New England Patriots to ‘buy’ after Week 10: Jakobi Meyers

Harris isn’t the only player who might have earned himself a starting job. It looks like the future of the Patriots passing game is in good hands.

While players such as Damiere Byrd and Julian Edelman haven’t been that great, some unknown players have stepped up. Jakobi Meyers has been one of the best players on offense.

Meyers has been the best wide receiver for the Patriots this season. He is someone who Newton has constantly been looking for. New England shouldn’t rush Edelman back, especially with how Meyers is performing.

In Week 10, Meyers had another great performance but one play will stand out. Meyers was able to throw for a touchdown on Sunday night. It was truly a great pass from Meyers that reminded you of the great throw from Edelman to Danny Amendola.

Now it seems like Meyers will be a top receiver moving forward. Whenever Edelman decides to retire, Meyers will be the receiver that QB’s trust.

So Meyers is definitley someone that Patriots fans should be buying into. He is the future of the offense.
