Boston Celtics: 4 trade exemption targets – No. 1: Buddy Hield

The guy that the Boston Celtics need to put all their chips in the table for is Buddy Hield. Adding a player of his caliber would add some much needed depth to Boston’s rotation.

Hield would add some much needed scoring to Boston’s roster. Last season, Hield averaged 19.2 points and 4.6 rebounds a game.

If the Celtics wanted to play small ball, Hield would be a perfect addition to the starting five. Then you could have Hield, Kemba Walker, Tatum, and Brown all on the court to start the game.

Just like Vucevic, Smart would likely be on the table. Besides that, you would be packaging a decent amount of players and picks. To add to some of the skepticism behind a deal for Hield, he just signed a massive extension. It would be a rather large investment on the Celtics part.

Next. James Harden would be a Kyrie Irving type mess. dark

So as you can see the Celtics can make some moves prior to the start of the season. The question is will Ainge pull the trigger.
