The Boston Celtics need to limit the turnovers

It’s no secret why the Boston Celtics lost Game 3. Turnovers, turnovers, turnovers! It’s a recipe for absolute disaster when you continue to turn the ball over in a playoff game.

The Celtics turned the ball over 23 times in their Game 3 loss. Let me type that sentence out again. The Boston Celtics turned the ball over 23 times on offense in their Game 3 loss! The Celtics are truly showing that they really are their biggest opponent this postseason.

light. Related Story. The Celtics biggest opponent is themselves!

The game plan is very simple for the Boston Celtics going into Game 4. Keep the ball moving and stop making forced passes! It seemed like in Game 3 that guys like Marcus Smart, Jayson Tatum, and Jaylen Brown were just forcing bad passes that they don’t usually force in other games.

When do the Celtics perform and play their best basketball?

When they play team ball and move the ball around the perimeter until they get a great shot. I would be shocked to see anything less than that on Monday night at TD Garden. If they don’t do that, then they’ll find themselves in a similar position as Game 3 on Saturday night.
