Morgan Moses has already made his presence felt since the Patriots signed him as a free agent.
The veteran offensive tackle is in his 12th season in the NFL, and at 34 years old, Moses is the oldest and the most experienced offensive lineman on the Patriots roster.
In the short amount of time that Moses has been in New England, he’s already taken on a mentor role to rookie left tackle Will Campbell, working together after practice while Moses further explains different concepts and techniques that he’s garnered over the years.

The side sessions between Moses and Campbell have turned into an unofficial players-only offensive line meeting with Moses leading the discussion for the group.
Moses understands the importance of a veteran’s presence on a young team and he’s ready to step into that role and lead the way for this young group of offensive linemen.
"Being a vet that’s played 12-years, being able to sprinkle those little things to those guys and see them use them in practice and get better and just build a toolbox for themselves, it’s good for everybody."
Moses is a true professional, always available and reliable during his career. Since his second season in the NFL in 2015, Moses has started every game he’s been available for, making 158 starts in 166 games.
It’s worth mentioning that Moses, being a leader in the room, was all part of the plan. They even put his locker next to Campbell’s, so he can see up close what it is to be a professional in this league.
Moses is expected to be the starting right tackle next to Mike Onwenu and hold down the right side of the offensive line together. I also think Moses is a player who could be voted a team captain in his first year in New England.
