3. Calvin Anderson

It's clear that Calvin Anderson has fallen out of favor with New England's coaching staff.

After appearing in the Patriots' first four games of the season, he's been a healthy scratch in two of their last three games. The veteran tackle has been a major disappointment in his first season with New England after three years in Denver, and the coaching staff has started looking elsewhere for production on the offensive line.

Furthermore, Anderson was limited at practice on Wednesday with an illness. He still has a few days to get better and potentially play on Sunday, but I suspect the coaching staff will use his illness as an excuse to keep him off the active roster again.

If this was a game against a weaker opponent, the Patriots may have been more willing to roll the dice on him this week. But against such a tough team, they can't really afford to throw him out there again, especially if he's not feeling 100%.

Expect Anderson to be scratched again and miss another game for New England.
