2. Mike Gesicki

The 28-year-old tight end might be getting a pass from Patriots fans because of how bad everyone else on the offensive side of the ball has been last season. Gesicki was obviously far from being the most pressing issue for the team, but he didn't do much to help either.

Gesicki is still riding the wave of his promising 2019 and 2020 campaigns with the Miami Dolphins. There were hopes of Gesicki finding his groove again with the Patriots, but that wasn't the case.

Despite playing half of the snaps for the team and having almost as big of a role as fellow tight end Hunter Henry, Gesicki failed to make any impact. He finished the season with the seventh-most receptions on the team despite playing every single game, unlike the rest of the receiver corps.

A complete overhaul of the offensive weapons is needed in New England, and Gesicki shouldn't be exempt.
