1. Jacoby Brissett

Jacoby Brissett has a tough job, let's face it. Brissett is a career journeyman who is a placeholder quarterback behind a subpar offensive line on a team with low expectations while rookie third-overall pick Drake Maye develops. By all accounts, Brissett is a pro's pro and a great mentor for Maye to learn under.

That being said, Brissett only threw for 32 yards in the second half and overtime, while taking a sack with four minutes left that proved to be incredibly costly for the Patriots. On third-and-six from the Seattle 21 with under five minutes left, New England was looking to extend their 20-17 lead even further.

Brissett would take a sack for a loss of nine yards on third down, and Joey Slye's 48-yard field goal was blocked by Julian Love, keeping the score at a three-point game. Seattle would eventually even the score by converting a field goal of their own, sending the game to overtime.

Beyond that play, the low output by Brissett in the second half and six three-and-outs by the Patriots on offense just doesn't cut it. Quarterback is the most heavily scrutinized position in all of sports, and Brissett falls victim to that here.
