Not long after a report emerged detailing how Bill Belichick failed to land a job during the most recent NFL head coach hiring cycle, the legendary former Patriots head coach has landed a job for at least a few hours next Thursday night.

The Pat McAfee show announced that Belichick will be co-hosting the the show's Draft Spectacular during the first round of the NFL Draft on April 25. The program will air on ESPN +.

Belichick, who has (to put it mildly) struggled in his recent draft history, appeared on the Pat McAfee Show on Wednesday to provide some insight on the upcoming draft. Speaking more candidly since he has been without a job, Belichick even cracked a joke about his "bling" on the program.

You can say what you want about Belichick's draft record, question his ability to resonate with this generation of players, and scrutinize his inability to shift towards a more offensive-oriented modern game. All of those are reasonable criticisms. But ultimately, Bill Belichick has spent nearly five decades in the NFL and listening to him just talk football can must-watch. Just ask Nebraska head coach Matt Rhule.

Getting a live, real-time reaction from Belichick and his breakdown of the Patriots third overall pick will also be box office.
