Full List of Patriots’ Opponents for 2024 Season Schedule Revealed

The 2023 regular season for the New England Patriots officially ended in Week 18 with a 17-3 loss at home to the New York Jets. It was a tough season for the Patriots, who started 1-5 and never found their footing.

New England now finds themselves at a crossroads as they still haven’t decided yet on the future of Bill Belichick, and they have a top-3 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. Patriots fans would’ve loved to be in the playoffs and join the other two teams in the AFC East, but it wasn’t meant to be.

However, they will hope for better days in the 2024 season, where they could have a new rookie quarterback under center in Foxborough.

Below, we’ll look at the Patriots’ 2024 schedule to see which teams will travel to Gillette Stadium and what road trip fans will need to plan for.

Full New England Patriots Schedule 2024

The New England Patriots will play 17 games in 2024, which includes eight games at Gillette Stadium and nine on the road. The Patriots will face the AFC South and NFC West next season, which will not be easy for whoever is starting at quarterback. 

Outside of the eight games against the AFC South and NFC West, New England will also play the Los Angeles Chargers, Cincinnati Bengals, and Chicago Bears, who all finished fourth in their respective divisions this season.

Patriots Home Opponents 2024

The Patriots will welcome C.J. Stroud (Texans), Anthony Richardson (Colts), Matthew Stafford (Rams), and Justin Herbert to Gillette Stadium next season. The last time the Rams made the journey to New England was in 2016. Meanwhile, this will be the second straight season that the Chargers and Patriots will play each other.

Patriots Road Opponents 2024

After a tough home schedule, the Patriots will have a few challenging road matchups in 2024, which will be a good litmus test to see how far they have to go.

New England will head to Jacksonville to play Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars. They will also head to Levi’s Stadium to face off against Kyle Shanahan and the 49ers. 

Patriots fans will get the chance to travel to Chicago for the first time since 2018 to play the Bears. That game could be a battle between rookie quarterbacks, depending on what Chicago does with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
