Week 17: Patriots @ Bills - Dec. 31st

One of the only two wins the Patriots had heading into their bye in Week 10 was against the Buffalo Bills back in Week 7. That snapped a three-game losing streak, but was then followed by a loss in each of the next three games — and they're hoping that streak ends when they face the Giants.

Back to Week 7, New England jumped out to a quick lead as they were up 10-0 in the first quarter. They even had a touchdown in the fourth from Kendrick Bourne, which gave them a 22-10 lead with 7:36 to play. At this point, they seemed well on their way to an easy victory. But that's when the Bills fought back.

Josh Allen threw a touchdown to Stefon Diggs and then ran one in with just under two minutes to play. That left New England with a 25-22 deficit, but they were ready to respond. Mac Jones, who had his best game of the year going 25-of-30 for 272 yards with two touchdowns, led them on an eight-play drive covering 75 yards.

Jones hit tight end Mike Gesicki from one-yard out with just 12 seconds left in the game and they walked away with a 29-25 win. They hoped to use that as a building block but so far, that hasn't been the case.

Now in Week 17, the Bills will be out for revenge. This time at home, they end up on the right side of a one-score game. New England will again play them close but that's not enough as they drop their 12th game of the year.

Score Prediction: Bills 27, Patriots 21
Record: 4-12
