3. Davius Richard

If you haven’t watched HBCU football over the last two years, you’ve missed out on a good QB prospect in Richard.

The 6-foot-2 quarterback from North Carolina Central is a dynamic dual-threat quarterback who does well with designed runs and off-script plays. The two-time first-team All-MEAC quarterback completed 60.8 percent of his passes for 2,177 yards, 21 touchdowns, and four interceptions in 2023.

Richard also added 630 rushing yards and 18 scores on the ground (career-high). Over his last two years at NCCU, Richard scored 33 rushing touchdowns, which shows how explosive he can be in the running game.

Richard will fall under the radar because of where he went to school. But with his ability to throw the ball over the middle of the field and be a threat on the ground, some team will get a good quarterback to develop.
