Patriots vs Commanders Opening Odds for Week 9 Are Far Too Optimistic

The New England Patriots' thrilling Week 7 win over the Buffalo Bills proved to be a mirage. The Patriots went back to their losing ways in Week 8, falling to the Miami Dolphins and plummeting to 2-6 on the season.
