Boston Bruins vs. Columbus Blue Jackets Game Preview
By Justin Doyle
Boston Bruins are playing the Columbus Blue Jackets Tonight at 7 pm
The Boston Bruins season will kick off against Columbus at 7 pm tonight. They will be without some of their top guys including fan favorite Patrice Bergeron; along with Adam McQuaid, Kevan Miller, and Austin Czarnik; but I am here to tell you that they will be just fine with the help from the rookies they will be using this year.
First off the Bruins have a winning record against the Blue Jackets, having played 21 games against them; and the Bruins are 13-6-0-2.
As Bruins management mentioned earlier this week, they are expecting a deep playoff run, the best way to put together a great season is to win the season opener against a very beatable team.
The Blue Jackets have a very solid lineup and have some stars like Brandon Dubinsky, and Brandon Saad but I think the Bruins have more depth on their roster. I believe that these young kids are going to take this chance and make the most out of it and try to cement their spot on the roster.
I am going to say that Bruins win 3-2 in regulation.
