Boston Bruins Prospect Update

Jesse Gabrielle, Prince George (OHL)

Boston Bruins prospect Gabrielle has been very impressive this season. Jesse Gabrielle scored the game winner in Prince George’s 4-2 win over Prince Albert on Saturday.

In only 17 games he has 11 goals and 9 assists. Gabrielle was with the Bruins during camp, he was drafted in the fourth round of the 2015 Draft. Last season he had 40 goals and 35 assists in 72 games with Prince George. He also played three games for the Providence Bruins last season.

Anders Bjork, Notre Dame (NCAA)

Bjork is now 5th in the nation in scoring, 8 goals, 12 assists in 12 games, after he scored a goal and an assist in the Fighting Irish’ win over UMASS-Lowell.

Cameron Clarke, Ferris State, (NCAA)

Drafted in the 5th round in this years draft, he had an assist in Ferris’ 7-5 win over Lake Superior on Saturday. Clarke has 4 assists in 14 games.

Jakob Forsbacka Karlsson, Boston University (NCAA)

Karlsson had an assist during BU’s 2-1 win against Connecticut on Friday. Through 11 games Karlsson has 2 goals and 8 assists.

Another 2016 pick, Frederic did not play this weekend and now return in sight with an upper-body-injury. He has only appeared in 8 games and has 4 goals and 6 assists. That puts him second on the badgers

Cameron Hughes, Wisconsin (NCAA)

Fellow badger Hughes had a helper in their 3-1 victory over Merrimack over the weekend. He now has 3 goals and 7 assists in 10 games.

Zach Senyshyn, Sault Ste. Marie (OHL)

Senyshyn tallied an assist in the Greyhounds’ win over the weekend.  He has played in 17 games so far and has 7 goals, and 6 assists through 17 games.

Wiley Sherman, Harvard (NCAA)

Sherman had a helper in the the Crimson’s 5-2 victory against rival Boston College on Friday. He is a 2013 fifth round pick. He has appeared in 7 games and has 3 assists.

Jakub Zboril, Saint John (QMJHL)

Zboril gained another assist in Saint John’s 6-3 win. In 16 games he has 10 assists.

Providence Update

There are many more prospects playing in Providence who have a record of 5-6-3, good enough for 6th pace in the Atlantic Division.
