Top 5 New England Patriots players to pick in fantasy football

3. Julian Edelman

Julian Edelman may be suspended for 4 games, but his arguably Tom Brady’s favorite target. In Edelman’s last 4 seasons he is averaging 89 catches. He is PPR gold. You can’t go wrong picking him since he gets so many targets.

Even if Edelman is suspended 4 games I would expect him to have a great fantasy season. When he comes back Brady will be peppering him with targets.

Due to his possible suspension, Edelman will most likely fall in drafts meaning you’ll have a better chance to land him.

Edelman is only projected to score 91.4 fantasy points this season, but that seems like a gross understatement.  In Edelman’s last full season he put up 122 points. He should definitely be able to put up 100 points this season.

Julian Edelman is looking to have a bounce-back season. That means he could put up some big numbers on your fantasy roster.
